At Melody Printing, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return and refund policy below for guidelines on how to proceed.

General Return Policy

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose your items carefully before making a purchase.
  • Faulty or Damaged Goods: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order to arrange a return and replacement or refund.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with the following details:
    • Your name
    • Invoice number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
  2. Approval: Once we receive your email, we will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your return is approved.
  3. Shipping: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we gave you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
  5. Replacement or Refund: If your return is approved, we will process the replacement or refund within 3 working days. If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items (unless they are faulty or damaged)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 3 days.
  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification apart from customized or personalized products. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
